I was referring only to BEUC with my above statement, which I believe is
clear from the context if you reread my original post; it occurs in a
paragraph about BEUC.

However, if Mr. Chiarglione is also a member of the BEUC as well, I'm sure
you're right. But I was under the impression that the DMP and the BEUC are
completely separate organizations - and with rather different focuses, as
well.
